We have recently launched for your convenience our new 24 hour online booking service. This service can be accessed from any smartphone, tablet or PC to help give you the freedom to book an appointment whenever you want!
If you are a new patient then you can use the service straight away to book your initial consultation. If you are an existing patient and have been in to see us before then you will need to contact reception just once to double check that we have your current email on our booking system. Why? This is used as your username and to send you your password so it needs to be a current correct email.
Simple email errors we have found
We have found that a number of patients have remembered their email address wrongly when they came in for their first consultation e.g. they remembered a minus sign which on checking should have been an underscore. This is quite understandable considering they were probably distracted by the pain in a strange clinic! Also if you change jobs or home email providers this can also mean the system is not quite up to date as it should be!
Of course in your account settings you can alter both the username and password to something else if you wish after you login. Once logged in you will be able to:-
- Book appointments
- Cancel or move appointments
- Print out invoices or receipts
