Treatment options

 

There are two sorts of Chiropractic treatment packages that we offer:-
 
Reactive care

1. Firstly, absence or loss of productivity due to pain is a priority - getting the employee's back to work and/or explain how they can stay at work with modifications.
2. For chronic pain sufferers treatment is aimed at reducing employees pain levels to help improve their ability to concentrate and work, thereby improving their productivity.
3. We are registered with all major insurance companies including BUPA, PPP, Standard Life and Norwich Union.  If you have a company insurance scheme you should use it. 

1. It could help to prevent decreased productivity and could help reduce absenteeism, reduce litigation thereby saving the company money.
2. To help correct mechanical problems before they could become symptomatic in predisposed individuals or those in high risk jobs.  Very much like a dental check up
3. To provide bespoke rehabilitation programmes for those who need them.  Where appropriate carry out Chiropractic workplace assessments to see if any further measures could be undertaken to try to reduce the risks to the employee e.g. work station assessments, manual handling advice etc. 
4. It could help avoid having to retrain a new employee.  To train an employee to do a particular job costs a considerable amount of money initially and then often more with ongoing training.
5. Help avoid the cost of having to recruit a new employee.  Just to advertise for a post or to approach a recruitment company can run into several thousand of pounds so it makes complete financial sense to consider paying for the enhanced pro-active Chiropractic treatment package.
